As the Baby Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading the room team and ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and development for babies aged 0-2 years.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and inspiring a team of Early Years Practitioners
• Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment
• Monitoring children's development and maintaining accurate records
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and welfare requirements
• Supporting children to develop confidence, curiosity, creativity, and independence
• Promoting exceptional standards of care and education throughout the room

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent recognised UK qualification)
• Previous experience as a Baby Room Leader, Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or similar position
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Experience leading and supporting staff
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for early years education and childcare
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to relocate to Cyprus

• Experience within a British nursery or international school environment
• Paediatric First Aid qualification
• SEND knowledge and experience
