This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with an impressive pipeline of projects. Offering hybrid and flexible working arrangements, a collaborative studio culture, and the opportunity to work on high-profile international projects, this role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a globally respected design practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of complex wayfinding and information design projects across interior and exterior environments
  • Conduct research and spatial analysis to develop clear, effective user navigation strategies
  • Translate insights and concepts into practical, user-centred solutions
  • Collaborate with design teams to integrate wayfinding strategies into wider project delivery
  • Manage competing priorities while supporting project and client deadlines
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, presentations, and client engagement
  • Participate in domestic and international travel for workshops, site visits, meetings, and presentations

Key Skills / Requirements:

  • Previous experience within wayfinding, spatial planning, transportation, urban design, architecture, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in urban planning, architecture, civil engineering, environmental design, or a similar discipline
  • Proven experience delivering projects related to movement, user experience, transportation systems, or the built environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, proposal preparation, and presentation delivery
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and project collaboration tools
  • Experience with GIS, spatial data, BIM, Revit, or related digital planning tools would be advantageous
