CSCS Labourers

Responsive Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading site service company who are expanding their teams across the UK due to business growth and are looking to recruit Labourers with a valid CSCS card to assist with the offloading and positioning of goods such as kitchen units, worktops, furniture, and bedroom items at various new-build sites on a permanent basis.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical fitness, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.

Location: North West London

Hours: Start times from 6am

Pay: £100 - £120 per day + Travel Allowance

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet delivery vehicles at assigned sites to offload and position goods into the correct houses and flats
• Ensure all work is carried out professionally, safely, and efficiently
• Take photographic evidence of completed jobs to confirm successful delivery and setup
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site teams and clients

Prior to starting, you will need to attend a 5-day paid training course.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid CSCS card - must be CITB Certified
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
• Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams
• Reliable, punctual, and presentable with strong customer service skills
• Willing to travel around North West London

Progression:

• Enrolment on to enhanced 'Platinum Scheme' from week 12 (subject to performance and reliability)
• Sub-Contract offered at week 12 for successful candidates
• Enrolment into the company's 'Fast Track' career development programme

PPE Requirements:

Candidates must provide and wear their own PPE, including:

• Safety boots
• Hard hat
• Hi-vis vest or jacket
• Gloves
