My client is a leading law firm in East Kent, as a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. With up to five years' post-qualification experience, you will be part of their esteemed Dispute Resolution team, handling a diverse caseload and building strong client relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist with complex litigation matters including property, employment, probate, contractual, and general commercial disputes.
• Oversee litigation procedures from initiation to resolution, including court proceedings, drafting legal documents, and instructing experts.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively, contributing to high-value dispute management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Up to five years' post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong litigation management skills and court experience.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Commercial awareness and a solution-focused approach.
