Higher Education Lecturer in Early Years Education

• Hourly Rate: £40-£45
• Location: West London
• Job Type: Part-time (Agency Support)

We are urgently seeking a Lecturer to deliver 12 hours of teaching per week within our Higher Education Early Years provision. This role is ideal for a professional with substantial experience and subject knowledge in Early Years or Early Childhood Education at the Higher Education level.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures for the following programmes:
  
  • FdA Education in Practice - Year 2
  • BA (Hons) Early Childhood Education in Practice (Top-up)
• Prepare and present lectures and other educational content that meets curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic records and participate in curriculum development activities.
• Support students in their academic and professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience and subject knowledge in Early Years/Early Childhood Education at Higher Education level.
• Proven track record of teaching in a higher education environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
• Relevant academic qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Working Hours:

• Tuesday: 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM
• Thursday: 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM
