Stock Operative - Nights

Location: Chartham, near Canterbury

Pay: £15.15 - £18.94 per hour

Hours: 7pm - 5am

Job Type: Ongoing Temporary, Full-Time

HRGO are currently recruiting a motivated and reliable Night Stock Operative on behalf of our client based in Chartham, just outside Canterbury.

This is a key role within the warehouse, responsible for accurately monitoring, tracking and recording stock movements. The ideal candidate will be confident using computers, particularly Microsoft Excel, and comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately monitor and manage stock levels
• Record stock movements using Microsoft Excel
• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation
• Work with colleagues to improve stock processes and efficiency
• Keep the warehouse organised and compliant with health & safety standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties when required

What We're Looking For

• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Flexibility to work 7pm-5am night shifts and some weekends
• Previous stock control or warehouse experience is beneficial
• Due to the location, it would be beneficial if you drive and have your own transport.
