Location: Watford

Hourly Rate: £17.95ph - £19.40ph depending on experience

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm this is for a duration of 4-6 weeks

About the Role: As the Temporary Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation attracts and retains top talent. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere and possesses a keen eye for talent.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they align with the organisational culture and job requirements.
• Provide guidance to managers on best practises in recruitment and selection processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have high volume 360 recruitment experience, preferably within the retail or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practises and current market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
