Cloud Platform/DevOps Engineer

Proven experience in a Platform Engineering role using AWS - core services and exposure to managed databases, search, or messaging (RDS, OpenSearch, DocumentDB, MSK, MQ, or similar), knowledge of Container orchestration - Kubernetes or EKS in any capacity, CI/CD and GitOps - a structured, automated approach to deploying infrastructure changes, Scripting and automation - Python, Go, Bash, or similar, Linux systems administration and troubleshooting .

Our blue chip client is looking to recruit a Cloud Platform Engineer paying up to £55,000. to work in their within their Hosted Services team, you will be responsible for building and operating the cloud infrastructure that underpins the production of their technology environments.

You will at least 2 years of proven experience in a Platform Engineering / DevOps role, have excellent inter-personal skills and be a good team player.

They are based in Camberley, Surrey and the role is offering a nice mix of hybrid working.

2-3 days in their Camberley office with the rest remote.
