3-Month Interim Contract

A leading arts and entertainment organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Production Finance Manager for an initial three-month assignment.

This is a focused interim role, primarily responsible for supporting the organisation through its year-end statutory accounts and audit process. You'll work across a number of production entities and SPVs, ensuring accounts, returns and supporting information are accurate, compliant and delivered to deadline.

We're particularly keen to speak with finance professionals who have a production finance background, ideally within theatre or live entertainment. Experience of Theatre Tax Relief (TTR) would be particularly valuable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee the preparation and submission of year-end statutory accounts across relevant production entities and SPVs.
• Act as a key finance contact throughout the annual audit process, working closely with auditors and the wider finance team.
• Oversee group returns, including relevant management accounting information.
• Ensure statutory accounts and tax requirements are completed on time to support the timely receipt of Theatre Tax Relief.
• Ensure appropriate tax and company administration compliance across production entities.
• Oversee group, SPV and investor cash, including accurate reporting and forecasting.

You will:

• Be a qualified accountant with a strong production finance background.
• Have experience producing year-end statutory accounts and supporting or leading an external audit.
• Ideally have worked within theatre, live entertainment or a similar production environment.
• Have a good understanding of the accounting and tax considerations associated with individual productions and SPVs.
• Theatre Tax Relief experience is highly desirable.
• Be comfortable joining at pace and independently managing year-end deliverables across multiple entities.
