Do you have experience working with charity fundraising data, Gift Aid records and supporter CRM systems?

We are recruiting a number of Data Quality Assistants to support a significant data improvement project for a leading UK charity. This role will focus on reviewing and validating supporter records as part of an important Gift Aid compliance exercise.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience working within charity fundraising operations, supporter care, donor administration or database teams.

The Role You will play a key role in ensuring supporter and donor data is accurate, complete and compliant. Working as part of a dedicated project team, you will review records, identify discrepancies and support the maintenance of high-quality data across the organisation's CRM system.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and validating supporter and donor records
• Checking names, addresses and contact information for accuracy
• Reviewing and updating Gift Aid declarations
• Identifying duplicate or incomplete records
• Supporting data cleansing and data quality initiatives
• Investigating and resolving data discrepancies
• Ensuring records meet compliance and data quality standards
• Processing high volumes of information with exceptional attention to detail
• Supporting wider fundraising and database teams with data-related activities

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working with charity fundraising, supporter or donor data
• Experience using a charity CRM or fundraising database
• Knowledge of Gift Aid administration and associated processes
• Strong data quality and data cleansing experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good Excel skills and confidence handling large volumes of data
• A methodical and organised approach to work
• The ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining high standards

Experience using systems such as Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, CARE, Access Charity CRM, Dynamics 365 or similar charity databases would be highly advantageous.

This role is specifically seeking candidates with previous experience working with charity-sector CRM systems, fundraising databases and Gift Aid data. Applications from candidates without relevant charity data experience are unlikely to be progressed.
