The Company

This is a boutique experiential and creative events agency delivering roughly 70% brand activation and experiential work, with the balance split across B2B conferences, awards and internal communications programmes. The work spans UK and occasional international projects, and the team is structured so that everyone contributes across accounts. The Role

The Senior Event Project Manager is a mid-layer hire brought in to strengthen independent delivery capacity across both experiential and corporate programmes, sitting within a small project team alongside coordinators, managers and a project director.

- Independent end-to-end delivery of brand activations, experiential events and roadshows

- Managing B2B conferences, awards and internal communications projects

- Overseeing production and logistics across UK-based and occasional international events

- Vendor and supplier coordination from brief through to on-site delivery

- Stakeholder management across client and internal teams

- Contributing to the broader project team on cross-account requirements

The Candidate

You are an experienced Senior Event Project Manager who has handled independent project delivery from brief to build, across brand activations or experiential formats, and can point to solid B2B conference or corporate event experience alongside it.

Experience in FMCG or alcohol sector events is beneficial but not essential, as is a background in festival or roadshow delivery, international programmes, or stakeholder and vendor coordination at scale. What matters most is confidence running projects without hand-holding and a genuine interest in experiential work.
