Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only

About the Role
At Robins Way School, we're looking for an exceptional SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team and help shape brighter futures for pupils with SEMH, Autism and ADHD.
As an SEN Teacher, you'll bring learning to life through engaging, personalised lessons that inspire curiosity, build confidence and promote independence. You'll work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and families to create meaningful educational experiences tailored to each pupil's unique strengths and needs. Through nurturing relationships, high expectations and innovative teaching approaches, you'll help pupils overcome barriers, develop resilience and achieve outcomes they never thought possible.
