As an Operations Manager in the Property industry, based in London, you'll oversee the day-to-day management for a London complex, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be key in maintaining high operational standards and delivering excellent service.

The client is an established business within the property investment sector, operating multiple properties across Central London.

Description

As Operations Manager, you will;

• Manage the day-to-day facilities operations across a complex, Central London property.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules for all building systems.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective management of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and service providers.
• Oversee contractor performance to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Prepare and present operational reports and updates as required.
• Respond promptly to any operational emergencies or issues.
• Manage a team of staff, including Reception, Cleaning and Security teams.

Profile

A successful Operations Manager should have:

• Strong experience in operations management within the property industry.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple properties and priorities.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges efficiently.
