Salary: £24,000 per annum
Additional Pay Option: Up to £1,789 for the additional 15 working days
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm

Are you an experienced Room Leader, Deputy Manager, or Nursery Manager looking for a fantastic leadership opportunity with an excellent work-life balance?

We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager to lead a well-established nursery provision in Grays, conveniently located close to Grays Train Station. The setting has been successfully operating for the past year and currently cares for 20 children, with capacity for up to 32 children.

About the Role

As Nursery Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a single-room nursery, ensuring high standards of care, learning, safeguarding, and compliance. You will lead a small team, support children's development, and build positive relationships with families and external stakeholders.

Term-time only working (38 weeks per year)

Working hours of 8:00am to 3:00pm

13 weeks off each year and additional 15 days annual leave

£24,000 salary

Requirements

• CACHE Level 3 qualification (essential)
• Previous experience as a Room Leader, Deputy Manager, or Nursery Manager
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding early years education and care
