We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join a growing international business.

This is a fully international Accounts Payable role. You will be responsible for overseas Group entities only there is no UK Accounts Payable.

To be considered, you must have hands on AP experience supporting overseas entities, international suppliers, and multi-currency payments.

The Role

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable across multiple international Group entities.
• Process and verify high volumes of supplier invoices.
• Manage approvals and international payment cycles.
• Process multi-currency payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement and Operations.
• Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end.
• Ensure appropriate financial controls and regulatory compliance across different jurisdictions.
• Support audits and provide required documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes.
• Provide support and guidance to junior AP team members.

What We're Looking For

• international Accounts Payable experience.
• Essential: previous AP experience across overseas/non-UK entities.
• Strong international and multi-currency payment experience.
• Experience working within a multi-regional/international finance environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes and financial controls.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
