  • Collect and manage aerial data, ensuring accuracy and quality for client deliverables
  • Maintain flight logs, technical records, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure full compliance with Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) rules, operational authorisations, and site safety standards
  • Support a variety of projects including infrastructure inspections, construction surveys, and commercial media work
  • Liaise with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to specification
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience operating commercial UAVs (professional or semi-professional)
  • Strong flight planning and situational awareness
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
  • Good technical understanding of UAV systems, sensors, and data capture workflows
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in varied environments
  • Strong communication skills for client and team interaction
Qualifications
  • Valid CAA-recognised certification (e.g. GVC or equivalent) desirable for commercial operations
  • Operational Authorisation (or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum recorded flight hours (typically 40+ hours expected by employers)
  • Full UK driving licence
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and structured progression
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile commercial and technical UAV projects
  • Ongoing training and certification support
  • Exposure to advanced sensors (e.g. thermal, LiDAR, photogrammetry)
  • Field-based role with varied and engaging work across the South East
