Estate Agent Sales Progressor

Hybrid experienced Sales Progressor urgently required!

We are looking for a experienced Estate Agency Sales Progressor who would be basedfrom our clients Saffron Walden office. They will consider working from home 2 days per week with the other 3 working within the office.

Our client is a privately owned independent partnership and one that believes in delivering exceptional customer service to their vendors and buyers.

If you do not have experience as a Sales Progressor you will not be considered for this position.

This role is full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm - 2 days per week working from home and 3 days per week in the office

The Sales Progressor Package:

• Basic Salary up to £32,000pa with an OTE of £38,000pa
• 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays with entitlement increasing with length of service

The Sales Progressor person:

• MUST have previous experience in a Sales Progressor role within an estate agency environment
• Welcoming and passionate about providing a high level of customer care to our clients
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a team
• Enjoy a varied, busy and rewarding role, with the ability to organise workload to meet multiple deadlines
• Good IT skills and enthusiasm for embracing ever changing and advancing technology
• Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with team members
• Working knowledge of Alto would be desirable

What will you be doing?

You will have a key role in the team and be responsible for ensuring the sale of the homes we sell progress in a timely manner. You will be passionate about providing a high level of customer care to our clients and ensuring they are always kept up to date with regards to the sale of their home, helping to assist with any issues that arise.

Main purpose/scope of the Sales Progressor role:

• Work closely with vendors, buyers and solicitors to ensure sales progress as quickly as possible
• Maintain regular contact with the client, always providing a welcoming and high level of customer care
• Tracking and managing the sales progression pipeline
• Regular report progress to the Sales Manager
• Managing all necessary paperwork to ensure the firm remains compliant at all times
