Part-Qualified Audit Associate job in Norwich Take increasing ownership of smaller audit assignments, with guidance from your manager. Support Seniors and Assistant Managers on larger, more complex engagements Contribute to revenue and profitability targets through efficient delivery Build strong, long-lasting client relationships Represent the firm at local networking and business development events
Day-to-day responsibilities include:Completing audit fieldwork, including substantive and analytical procedures Planning and delivering audit assignments with appropriate documentation Preparing statutory financial statements from client data Identifying key risk areas and raising matters of concern with senior team members Assisting with the execution and finalisation of audit files for review
About YouWe're looking for someone who is motivated, proactive, and keen to progress within audit. You'll bring:Working knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP and auditing standards ACA/ACCA/AAT part-qualified status At least 2 years' experience in a UK practice audit environment Experience working with clients across a variety of industries The ability to coach and support junior team members Your technical skills will be supported by strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an excellent client experience.
