Location: N5 Highbury

Salary: £25,000 - DOE

OTE: £50,000+

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 9am - 6pm

1 in 3 Saturdays

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Matching applicants to suitable properties
  • Managing communication throughout the lettings process
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Working towards individual and team targets
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this Lettings Negotiator role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator or within residential lettings
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A confident and professional approach
  • A strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Driving not essential
