Administration Assistant - Eastleigh - £15/hour - 3-Month Contract

Your new role
As an Administration Assistant within the internal Talent team, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of recruitment, onboarding, and colleague experience activities.You'll become the go-to support for Talent Business Partners, helping coordinate key processes and ensuring data accuracy across systems and documentation.
Day-to-day, you will:

  • Provide professional, reliable administrative support to the talent team.
  • Maintain accurate talent-related data, records, and trackers.
  • Manage the Talent inbox and respond to routine queries.
  • Coordinate interviews from start to finish, including scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) fully updated.
  • Support a high-quality candidate experience through timely updates and clear communication.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly.
  • Assist with internal mobility and talent development activities.

What you'll need to succeed
To hit the ground running in this role, you will bring:
  • A strong administrative background - ideally within recruitment, HR, talent, or a people-focused environment.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail with confident data and documentation management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Experience using an ATS or recruitment platform.
  • An understanding of best practice candidate experience.
  • Experience supporting internal recruitment, coordination, or talent operations.
  • You'll be proactive, professional, approachable, and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and supportive approach to stakeholders.
