Facilities Administrator - Temporary Role - EC1N

Our client, a prestigious organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking a proactive and engaging Facilities Administrator for a temporary assignment This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic team and play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming enquiries and tasks via the facilities inbox
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and clarity
• Follow up on tasks with on-site cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure standards are met
• Liaise with suppliers for orders and deliveries
• Receive goods on site, check, sign, and store items appropriately
• Conduct floor walks to monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety controls
• Serve as the primary source of information while liaising with the wider Corporate Services team and local business units

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to explore better ways of doing things
• Engaging and confident communication skills, both spoken and written, in fluent English
• Open to learning and taking responsibility for new tasks, initiatives, and exercises
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
