Are you a creative, patient and passionate SEN Tutor looking to make a real difference?

Academics are currently recruiting for an SEN Tutor to provide 1:1 support to a primary-aged child in the Ashford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN Tutor, Teacher or experienced educator who can think outside the box and use creative, engaging and personalised learning approaches to help a child build confidence and achieve their potential.

The Role:

• Provide engaging 1:1 tuition tailored to the child's individual needs
• Support a child working at primary-aged level
• Make learning fun, practical and motivating
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with the child
• Adapt lessons creatively to maintain engagement
• Support both academic progress and confidence

We're Looking For:

• An experienced SEN Tutor, Teacher, HLTA or experienced TA
• Someone with experience supporting children with SEN
• A creative and imaginative approach to learning
• A patient, nurturing and encouraging personality
• Someone who can build strong relationships and inspire a child who may find traditional learning challenging
