Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker - High-End Joinery

Sittingbourne, Kent Full-time On-site 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri, hours TBC)

We're looking for an experienced Bench Joiner/Cabinet Maker to produce high-end bespoke joinery and cabinetry in a quality-focused workshop (not production-line).

This role is for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the level of precision and finish required at the top end of the market. This is not a production-line environment - attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality are essential.

• Make, assemble and finish bespoke joinery from technical drawings
• Work with veneers/veneered panels, laminates and solid timber (strong veneering knowledge essential)
• Maintain excellent accuracy and finish; complete quality checks to spec
• Work closely with CNC/production teams to keep workflow on track
• Essential: 5+ years' high-end/bespoke bench joinery experience; able to work independently to deadlines
• Selection: paid half-day practical bench test for shortlisted candidates

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum (DOE/standard demonstrated)
