Your new role
This is a new role working as part of a small team as a Services Coordinator. You will be supporting the registrations and compliance teams with administration, data analysis and reporting. Key duties include but not limited to:
- Assign audits and service inspections.
- Replenishing documentation/supplies.
- Answering incoming enquiries by telephone or email.
- Monitor audits and service inspections ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Receive customer information and deal with it in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this job, you will require:
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong and current administration skills
- Great organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to manage your own workloads and work on your own initiative
What you'll get in return In return, you will receive:
- Salary of £26,500
- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid working pattern (2 days a week working from home)
