I am recruiting for a reputable not-for-profit organisation.
Your new role
This is a new role working as part of a small team as a Services Coordinator. You will be supporting the registrations and compliance teams with administration, data analysis and reporting. Key duties include but not limited to:

  • Assign audits and service inspections.
  • Replenishing documentation/supplies.
  • Answering incoming enquiries by telephone or email.
  • Monitor audits and service inspections ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Receive customer information and deal with it in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this job, you will require:
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong and current administration skills
  • Great organisational and coordination skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to manage your own workloads and work on your own initiative
