Corporate Partnerships Manager

The Talent Set is delighted to partner with Centrepoint to recruit a Corporate Partnerships Manager.

This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of one of the charity's flagship strategic partnerships - a recent Third Sector Award nominated partnership. Generating over £1 million in annual income, the partnership has exceeded all expectations since launching in 2023. To date, it has raised more than £4.5 million (50% above target), including a transformational £2 million donation to help create genuinely affordable homes. Beyond fundraising, the partnership has driven meaningful policy change, raised national awareness of homelessness and inspired outstanding employee engagement.

Alongside providing exceptional strategic account management, you'll lead and develop a team of 2, supporting the delivery of the charity's mid-value corporate programme, managing relationships worth £10k-£130k.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic delivery of the partnership, ensuring objectives are achieved through outstanding account management, stewardship and partnership planning.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners, identifying opportunities to maximise engagement and long-term value.
• Support the partnership's Governance Group, working with senior stakeholders to oversee strategic direction, governance and risk management as well as working closely with the Performance and Monitoring Group to ensure seamless programme delivery, financial oversight and high-quality reporting.
• Provide effective line management to 2 direct reports, Senior Corporate Partnerships Officer and Corporate Partnerships Officer, supporting and enabling them to deliver the mid-value corporate programme.
• Oversee the delivery of the Corporate Volunteering and Payroll Giving programmes.

Person Specification

• Demonstrable experience managing a flagship or strategic six-figure corporate partnership, involving complex stakeholder management across both internal teams and external partners.
• Experience managing partnerships within the financial services sector would be advantageous.
• A track record of developing and delivering ambitious partnership plans that maximise income, engagement and long-term impact.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and present compelling proposals.
• Strong financial management and reporting experience, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate data into meaningful insight.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing team members to achieve ambitious objectives.
• A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and build lasting partnerships.

What's on Offer
Salary: c. £40,000 - £47,000
2-3 days pw in London office
