Description

• Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimise downtime.
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure all IT systems are secure and compliant with company policies.
• Document technical issues and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with other teams to support technology projects and upgrades.

Profile

A successful Senior IT Support should have:

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security protocols.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Offer

• Competitive daily rate of £225 a day inside IR35.
