Learning Support Assistant (SEN)

Job Title: Learning Support AssistantLocation: New Malden

About the Role: Supporting students with a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and SEMH.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom-based support
• Adapt learning materials and activities
• Encourage independence and participation
• Support social and emotional development

Ideal Candidate:

• SEN or care experience preferred
• Supportive and adaptable approach
• Strong teamwork skills
