Working closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll help ensure we continue to attract the skills and talent needed to support our learners, colleagues and future ambitions.

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments and selection activities.
  • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment best practice and guidance.
  • Building talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs.
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Supporting recruitment events, careers fairs and employer branding initiatives.
  • Completing pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance with safer recruitment requirements.
  • Maintaining recruitment systems, records and reporting data.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer and candidate experiences.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable and solution-focused.
  • Committed to Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and safeguarding.

Experience of working within education, public sector or multi-site organisations would be advantageous but is not essential.

Why Join Us?

In return, you'll join a supportive and collaborative People Team where you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop your recruitment and talent acquisition expertise.
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Contribute to strategic people initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Help shape the future workforce of the College.
  • Access professional development and career progression opportunities.
  • Be part of an organisation committed to making a positive difference.
