This is a pivotal Executive Team appointment, responsible for leading a significant phase in the charity's evolution.

Hybrid working with regular travel as required across the UK

Our client is a well-established national charity entering an exciting period of growth and transformation. This is a rare opportunity to join the Executive Team and play a key role in shaping the organisation's future direction and impact.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead organisational transformation, regional service delivery, partnerships, volunteer engagement and people strategy.

Working closely with Trustees and Executive colleagues, you will develop a regionally led operating model that strengthens local impact whilst ensuring national consistency and organisational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organisational transformation and strategic delivery.
• Develop and implement a regional operating model across the UK.
• Build and strengthen partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead volunteer and community engagement strategy.
• Provide Executive oversight of the People function.
• Champion culture, leadership development and employee engagement.
• Work closely with the Board and Trustees on governance and performance.
• Monitor delivery against strategic objectives, budgets and risks.

About You

You'll bring:

• Senior leadership experience within the charity, public or voluntary sector.
• A proven track record of leading transformation and change.
• Experience working with partnerships, communities or dispersed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with Boards and governance structures.
• The ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• An inclusive, collaborative and empowering leadership style.
