The Job!

• Based in Central London

• Provide clear and professional responses to customers, both verbally and in writing.

Who you are.

• Previous experience in complaints, customer service or a similar role would be preferred but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills would be ideal.
• You want to work within a customer-service based role.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work to deadlines.
