SEN Teaching Assistant Borehamwood September Start £95-£105 per day

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Borehamwood from September.

The role:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs
• Support learning, communication, behaviour and emotional development
• Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team
• Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
• Encourage pupils to build confidence, independence and key skills

We're looking for:

• Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable
• A patient, caring and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Someone passionate about making a difference to children's lives
• Teaching Assistant or relevant experience is advantageous
