KS2 Primary Teacher

A friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Gravesend is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our supportive team from September 2026 on a full time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential within a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 2
• Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment
• Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
• Is enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to raising standards
• Has excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Works well as part of a team
• ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
