£17.58 - £19.23 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay
Hybrid Working Central London 1 Day per Week in the Office

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operations & Fundraising Support Officer to join a well-established charity on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a varied and hands-on role, combining operations, project coordination, CRM administration and fundraising support. You'll play a key role in keeping the organisation running smoothly, supporting internal projects, maintaining accurate CRM data and providing excellent supporter and donor administration. The fundraising element accounts for around one day per week, with the majority of the role focused on operations and project support.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining CRM records, reporting and user support
• Processing donations, Gift Aid and supporter communications
• Supporting operational projects and process improvements
• Coordinating meetings, travel and organisational logistics
• Supporting staff with systems and platform usage
• Maintaining accurate stakeholder data and GDPR compliance
• Providing high-quality administrative and operational support across the organisation

About You

• Strong CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills
• Confident building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership of projects
