This Management Consultant - Technology M&A role supports complex transaction and transformation programmes across the deal life-cycle. The Management Consultant - Technology M&A will help clients maximise value through technology due diligence, integration and separation initiatives.

Our Client is a leading international professional services organisation with a strong presence in Technology M&A and Deal Advisory. The business supports corporate and private equity clients through acquisitions, divestment's, integrations, separations and technology transformation programmes. Operating across sectors, the organisation is known for delivering strategic insight, practical solutions and measurable outcomes throughout the transaction life-cycle.

Description

• Support delivery of Technology M&A engagements from due diligence through to execution
• Assist with technology integration and separation planning and implementation
• Analyse technology operating models, infrastructure, applications and digital capabilities
• Develop client presentations, reports and recommendations
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across transaction and transformation programmes
• Contribute to business development activities and proposal preparation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sectors and geographies
• Support programme governance, risk management and delivery excellence

Profile

The Successful Applicant

• Experience within consulting, advisory or industry-based technology transformation roles
• Understanding of Technology M&A and the transaction life-cycle
• Exposure to technology due diligence, integration or separation projects
• Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, cyber security or operating models
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience engaging with a range of stakeholder groups
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning and client success

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £100,000 to £110,000.
