Are you an experienced Primary Teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs?

A welcoming primary school in Barnet is seeking a dedicated and skilled Teacher to work within their on-site Alternative Provision, supporting a small group of 12 pupils with additional needs. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a highly supportive setting.

You will be working alongside a team of 4 experienced support staff, delivering tailored learning to meet a range of needs. The school offers excellent facilities, including a sensory room, and prides itself on creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for both staff and pupils.

This role is suited to a qualified and experienced teacher (QTS essential, no ECTs) with a strong background in SEN and additional needs.

The ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS (essential) with proven classroom experience
Have strong experience teaching pupils with additional needs
Be confident adapting lessons to meet individual learning requirements
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and emotional support strategies
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
