EDI Integration Manager - Buckinghamshire - £78k

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced integration leader to shape the future of a global organisation's enterprise applications landscape. You'll own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap governing how core business systems connect across the wider technology estate.As the business continues to modernise and expand its enterprise platforms, you'll play a key role in defining integration best practices, evaluating technologies, and delivering a scalable, future-proof integration framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and strategy connecting the organisation's core business systems with third-party applications, partners, and platforms.
• Lead a major integration and EDI modernisation programme, including technology assessment, vendor evaluation, and implementation.
• Define and execute a long-term integration roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Provide leadership to a technical team responsible for integration delivery and support.
• Partner closely with architecture, applications, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose.
• Act as the subject matter expert for integration technologies, APIs, middleware, EDI, and enterprise connectivity.
• Establish standards, governance, and best practices across the integration landscape.
• Drive consistency and alignment across multiple business functions and regions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience leading enterprise integration strategies within complex organisations.
• Deep understanding of modern iPaaS and middleware platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API architecture, integration patterns, EDI, and enterprise connectivity.
• Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing integration technologies.
• Proven ability to build and deliver strategic technology roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and developing high-performing individuals.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across technology and business functions.
• Experience within ERP-led environments is highly desirable.

Desirable Experience

• Manufacturing, consumer goods, distribution, retail, or supply chain-driven environments.
• Enterprise transformation or modernisation programmes.
• Multi-site or international business operations.
