As a Careers and Employment Advisor, you will empower adult learners to recognise their potential, build confidence and take purposeful steps towards employment or progression in a competitive job market. Working within Wandsworth Council Lifelong Learning, you will provide tailored information, advice and guidance, helping learners identify suitable career pathways, develop employability skills and overcome barriers to work.
You will manage a caseload of learners, develop individual action plans and work collaboratively with tutors, colleagues and employers to create meaningful opportunities that lead to employment, further learning, volunteering or other positive destinations.
