Job Title: Creative Media Design Advisor (Edgewing)

Location: Reading area. The role could be contracted to any BAE Systems site (preferably Frimley) but on commencement will immediately be assigned to our Edgewing JV in the Reading area. A financial support package may be available to enable this assignment if required, dependent on certain criteria being met. Due to the nature of this assignment, we envisage there will be a need for mostly on site working, however, flexible working arrangements may be possible – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role.

Salary: £40,938+ (DOE)

Job Description:

You’ll take ownership of Edgewing’s visual identity, shaping how the brand is seen across digital, print and events. Working with internal stakeholders and external creative partners, you’ll bring ideas to life through compelling design, photography, video and content, while driving the evolution of a modern and impactful brand.

Core duties:

• Design and produce creative assets for digital, print and events
• Evolve Edgewing’s visual identity, brand guidelines and creative assets
• Ensure all creative output reflects Edgewing’s brand, personality and tone of voice
• Identify, brief and manage agencies and creative partners to deliver creative/video content
• Create presentations, branded materials and event collateral
• Build and manage creative processes, asset libraries, licensing and content production activities

Essential Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other industry-standard design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility and high-quality visual storytelling
• Experience managing, protecting and evolving a corporate brand
• Ability to manage stakeholders, develop creative briefs and deliver through external agencies and suppliers
• Hands-on experience in photography, videography and content editing
• Ability to develop creative concepts and direct content production, either personally or through agencies and production partners
