We are seeking reliable and hardworking Catering Assistants to support school kitchens across Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding environment with flexible shifts to fit around your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with food preparation and serving meals
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Washing up and clearing dining areas
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods

Requirements:

• Previous catering or kitchen assistant experience is essential
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable (or willingness to obtain one)
