IT Support Analyst-Enhanced DBS

We're recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to support a busy education environment during the start of term.

You'll be helping with student enrolment, laptop deployments, classroom setups and providing 1st/2nd line support to staff and students.

Key Skills:

IT Support, Desktop Support or Service Desk experience

Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365Hardware and software troubleshooting

Laptop and desktop builds, configuration and deployment

Active Directory and user account administration

Strong customer service and communication skills
