Looking for a role that's more than just another maintenance job?

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing residential property management business looking to expand its Technical Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a maintenance, facilities or technical background who enjoys working independently, has a keen eye for detail and wants to build a long-term career.

The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out fire door inspections across a portfolio of residential developments throughout London, ensuring buildings remain compliant with current fire safety legislation.

This is a varied role combining site visits, inspections, digital reporting and regular interaction with Building Managers, contractors and residents.

The company operates a smart working approach - inspections are completed on site, whilst reports are written either from home or the office rather than onsite.

About You

You'll ideally have experience within: Property Maintenance/Facilities Management/Building Maintenance/Construction/Compliance/Fire Safety/Technical Services

You'll also have:

• A practical, hands-on mindset
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A full UK driving licence
