About Harlequins Foundation
Harlequins Foundation uses the power of sport to inspire positive change in communities. Through a range of innovative programmes, the Foundation supports individuals of all ages and backgrounds to improve their physical and mental wellbeing, develop new skills and create lasting opportunities. Working alongside schools, community groups, partners and supporters, the Foundation is committed to making a meaningful difference both on and off the pitch.
As the Foundation continues to grow its reach and impact, this is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences that engage supporters and generate vital income to support community programmes.
About the Role
The Fundraising Events Executive will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of the Harlequins Foundation's events programme. Working closely with the Head of Programmes, Partnerships and Events and the Partnerships Manager, you will help deliver engaging, high-quality events that raise awareness, strengthen stakeholder relationships and generate fundraising opportunities.
Acting as a first point of contact for supporters and fundraisers, you will provide excellent stewardship and administrative support while helping to ensure events are delivered professionally, safely and efficiently. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines event planning, supporter engagement, logistics coordination and on-the-day delivery.
This opportunity would suit a highly organised, proactive and people-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for supporters, participants, partners and the wider community.
