Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative English Teacher to join The Tower School, combining engaging classroom teaching with the opportunity to take the lead on reading across the school.
This is an opportunity to make English meaningful for pupils who may have experienced barriers to learning. You’ll create lessons that capture their interest, build confidence and help them develop the literacy and communication skills they need for education, independence and their future.
Alongside teaching English, you’ll champion reading throughout the school, developing initiatives that encourage pupils to engage with books and helping colleagues embed literacy and reading into everyday learning.
