Reeson Education is looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for opportunities across Havering. This Level 3 Early Years Practitioner position suits an experienced early years professional who can combine attentive care with meaningful learning opportunities throughout the nursery day. Settings are across the borough; the location will be confirmed for each placement.

Working as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

• Location: Havering, including Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham
• Pay: £14.25-£16.65 per hour
• Start: Immediate
• Setting: Nursery and early years settings
• Qualification: Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification essential

What the Role Involves

• A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will support learning through child-led and adult-guided play.
• The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will encourage early communication, social interaction and physical development.
• A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will observe children and contribute to development records where required.
• Support age-appropriate independence and positive routines.
• The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will contribute to daily nursery routines and children's wellbeing.
• A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will follow safeguarding and hygiene procedures consistently.

What We're Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

• Recognised Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification is essential.
• Relevant Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, nursery, preschool or EYFS experience.
• Practical knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
• Strong communication, reliability and safeguarding awareness.
