Maths Lecturer 37 hours per week up to £39,714.22 (BRK36), depending on qualifications and experience

The Maths Lecturer will be based on site in Weybridge and will be required to deliver high standards of teaching while creating a positive learning environment for students studying a range of Maths courses, including GCSE and Functional Skills.

About the role

As a Maths Lecturer, you will have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver GCSE lessons. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Teaching on a programme of appropriate courses
  • Assessing, reviewing and recording learner progress
  • Maintaining course and learner records
  • Embedding employment skills into curriculum courses

About you

To fulfil the role of Maths Lecturer, you will have:
  • A degree in a relevant subject area
  • A recognised teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards this with organisational support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Competence in the use of IT
