About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to support private clients within the community across London. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes, with a strong focus on maintaining dignity, independence, and clinical excellence.

This is a flexible, ad hoc position, ideal for nurses looking to work part-time hours around their availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in a community setting
• Support clients with complex clinical needs, including spinal care where required
• Administer medications and monitor patient health conditions
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and clinical governance standards

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration (RGN)
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Proven experience in nursing, ideally within community or spinal care settings
• Good clinical judgment and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
