- Contributing to the school's wider STEM enrichment programme including clubs, competitions, and university visits
- Tracking pupil progress and feeding back regularly to class teachers and Heads of Department
- Building enthusiastic, motivating relationships with pupils to inspire curiosity and ambition in STEM subjects
STEM Mentor - What the School is Looking ForThe ideal STEM Mentor will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK university in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline. Previous child-centred experience in a UK educational setting is highly valued. The school is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and proactive STEM Mentor with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make STEM accessible and exciting for every pupil.
