The Opportunity
This is a senior strategic leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering Scouts' targeted growth, innovation, and externally funded programmes.
You will work as part of the Movement Support & Growth Department, which exists to support the conditions for local Scouting to thrive. Importantly, since Scouts is a volunteer-led movement, your role will be to enable, influence, and strengthen the delivery of Scouts to young people.
