Partnerships Manager

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid, mainly remote, with attendance at a central London office and events

Our client is a professional membership body and registered charity seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to develop corporate relationships, generate new business and support its strategic growth.

You will manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring partners receive an excellent service and gain maximum value from their relationship with our client. You will also identify commercial opportunities, engage senior decision-makers and represent our client at industry events.

What you'll do

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective corporate partners.
• Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for growth.
• Generate and progress new partnership opportunities.
• Lead purposeful meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Represent our client at networking and industry events.
• Maintain accurate account and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Monitor commercial performance and support budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues across membership, marketing, events and finance.

The role may involve occasional UK travel, including overnight stays.

What you'll bring

• Significant experience in account management, business development, relationship management or corporate partnerships.
• A strong record of building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing corporate accounts and developing account plans.
• The ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence representing an organisation at external events.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and CRM record-keeping.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.

Experience within a membership body, professional association or not-for-profit organisation would be advantageous.
