An established and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with residential conveyancing experience to manage a varied caseload of property transactions while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients on a range of transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity matters.
• Draft and review legal documentation, undertake due diligence, and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
• Liaise with lenders, estate agents, surveyors and other professional contacts to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of client service, compliance and file management.
• Contribute to the ongoing success and development of the wider property team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Confident managing files independently while recognising when support or escalation is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, organised and client focused.
